• We receive cabinets Mon-Fri, 7 a.m-5 p.m.. This flexibility makes your manufacturer’s driver’s job easier.
• For our computer-savvy dealers, we have a system that enables them to view all of their inventory in our warehouse online through Jet’s website.
• The day before delivery, your dealer’s customers are given a 1/2 hour window for delivery and they are guaranteed that we will show up within that 1/2 hour. Forcing the customer to wait or to rearrange their entire day for a delivery is unacceptable by our standards.
• Our crew is on the job in uniform and operates professionally. Offensive language and poor attitudes are not allowed among our staff. All customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism at all times.
• We put the product where it needs to go. We will carry cabinets to wherever a homeowner or supervisor instructs us to and  we will place cabinets in the correct kitchens on larger multi-unit jobs.
• Cabinets are stored for your dealer in a clean, secure, climate-controlled warehouse.
• Cabinets are stacked properly so that there is no damage. They are stacked right-side up with plywood between the rows. The cabinets are stacked the same way on the truck and are also strapped down any place where there can be movement.
